Appreciated the spaciousness and thoughtful amenities like tea and coffee facilities. The location was great for exploring the centre of Scunthorpe. Enjoyed the continental breakfast, though I wish there were hot options available. The refrigerator had a noisy hum that required adjusting, and the hallway lighting turned on and off unexpectedly throughout the night. Good for a short visit, but improvements in breakfast variety and electrical concerns needed.

It was a very nice stay for one night.

Had to deal with unreliable heating, leaving the room chilly , and it took ages for hot water in both the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom windows lack frosting, awkward during showers, and the television channels are all app-based without clear instructions. The lack of drinking water from the taps was a surprise, requiring an extra trip to fetch some. Plus, the bed in the Superior Double Room felt overly soft-not what I expected for proper sleep. The fire alarm nuisance is a real issue, triggered repeatedly due to guest activity.

Scunthorpe stay, just across the road for a concert 🎶
Ja, the location was a win for us, concert just over the road! Plus, we got an upgrade for our anniversary. Room was clean and comfy, loved the jet bath and streaming on the TV. Staff were friendly, even set our brekkie time like we asked!
Only thing was the pillows, a bit flat for my liking, could've used some extra ones.

The room had everything I needed and I particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast served right at my preferred time. The pillows could use a bit of improvement as they felt quite flat.

The pillows were a bit flat and could use some extra ones. The shower pressure was kinda low and took a while to get hot water.
